All the benches of the High Court are opening virtually from August 11
Due to the lack of strict restrictions by the government, the proceedings of all the benches of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court will be opened virtually from August 11.
This information has been given in a notification issued on Sunday (August 8) by the order of the Chief Justice of Bangladesh Syed Mahmud Hossain.
Judicial proceedings will be conducted in all the benches of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court through virtual presence using information technology in accordance with the 'Information Technology Use Act, 2020' and related practice guidelines issued by the court from August 11 (Wednesday) in the changed circumstances.
